Adult Ministries

Sunday School

Oak Park offers small group discipleship, discussion and learning through our adult classes, beginning at 9:30 every Sunday morning.

Sunday Morning Service

What will the service be like? We have a “blended” style of music and you are most welcome to join in or simply listen - whichever you like! This is followed by a message and the whole service lasts about one hour and 15 minutes. At the conclusion of the service, there’s an opportunity to meet other people.

What should I wear? We want you to be comfortable at Oak Park. Most people dress very casually - wear what seems natural to you.

Wednesday Night

Soup & Study…it’s a shared meal on Wednesday evenings, beginning at 6:30 pm. An adult topical/Bible study occur each week following the meal.

O.O.P.S. (Outstanding Oak Park Seniors)

Potlucks, local trips, and other special activities are planned regularly for seniors.

Life Groups

Life groups are held at various times and locations. Prayer, spiritual growth, discipleship, fellowship, and service, beyond Sunday morning and the physical walls of the church, are the cornerstones of Oak Park's active life groups program.

Young Adults

Sundays at 12:00 p.m. following the morning service. Food, fellowship, and fun activities!

Outreach

Oak Park is involved in many local outreach ministries, including partnering with a local elementary school and involvement with a local multi-church food bank.

Oak Park is actively involved in sharing the love of Christ around the world by partnering with global representatives and projects in several locations including Germany, Egypt, Cote d’Ivoire, Cuba, Thailand, Cambodia, and the Philippines.

Summer Softball

Oak Park participates in the Salem Church Softball Association. We have a lively co-ed and men's teams.

Youth Ministries

Oak Park values the spiritual, social, and emotional development of its young people.  In addition to the regular "youth group" opportunities on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings, the Oak Park youth play an active and important role in many of Oak Parks ministries and activities.
